Chanson Metals produce mechanical tube according to standard ASTM A554.
The tube appearance, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance all be provided under the requirements of A554.
Manufacturing process:
Round tube billet → heating → perforation → head → annealing → pickling → oiling (copper plating) → multi-pass cold drawing (cold rolling) → blank tube → heat treatment → straightening → hydraulic test (inspection) → mark → in Library.
