Product introduction
Sanitary stainless steel tube includes sanitary stainless steel welded tube and sanitary stainless steel seamless tube. It is mainly used in food, beverage, alcohol, biological engineering and other production equipment and production lines.
Sanitary stainless steel pipe mainly require surface finish, oil prohibition and passivation layer.
1. Surface smoothness: Polishing the inner and outer surface of the steel tube to make the surface of the steel tube bright; that is what we often call the mirror. The main purpose is to prevent the formation of wall-hanging of fluid substances in the pipe, which is easy to pollute for a long time and form blockage in the pipe.
2. Passivation layer: After polishing, the steel pipe should be immersed in the passivation tank, and the surface of the steel pipe should be oxidized to form a passivation layer with acid passivation solution to achieve the anti-corrosion effect of the steel pipe.
3. Oil prohibition: After passivation, oil prohibition cleaning is carried out to remove oil contamination on the surface of steel pipe. Oil and grease analyzer should be used for inspection after completion. Mainly prevent the oil pollution from the pipe wall itself to the fluid substance in the pipe
Characteristics of sanitary stainless steel tube:
High precision pipe; Outer diameter tolerance (+0.02mm), Inner diameter tolerance (+0.025mm), Inner hole circumference tolerance (+0.020mm)
The outer diameter is 8mm-168.3mm, the wall thickness is 0.4mm-3.0mm, and the length of steel tube is 500mm-6000mm.
