Product introduction
Stainless steel bright anneal tube, also known as stainless steel precision tube, is a kind of seamless pipe with high precision and surface finish after cold rolling and brihgt anneal process.
Purpose and advantages of bright annealing:
1. Eliminate work hardening and obtain satisfactory metallographic structure. When the performance requirements are different, the requirements for the metallographic structure after bright annealing are different, and the process of bright heat treatment is also different.
2. Obtain a bright and corrosion-resistant surface without oxidation.
3. Brightening treatment keeps the surface of rolling smooth, but no further post-processing can be carried out to obtain a bright surface. Since the original metallic luster is retained on the surface of the strip after bright annealing, a bright surface close to the mirror surface has been obtained. Under general requirements, the surface of the strip can be directly used without processing.
4. There is no pollution problem caused by common pickling methods. The annealed seamless pipe does not need pickling or similar treatment, does not use acid and other media, there is no pollution caused by pickling.
